Great food but need to leave the dinner trades with the guest while eating or dinning in. Some dinner tables are not clean.

How a restaurant in America thinks it?s acceptable to have an order taker that doesn?t speak English is beyond me. I tried to... order a blended root beer float. First I get a root beer. The guy at the window didn?t understand what was wrong because hespoke literally 0 English. I explain using hand motions and finally get a drink. Pay and drive off. I taste it about a mile downthe road and almost vomit. I don?t know what the hell they made but it?s sour, curdled, and not root beer. I don?t understandwhy it?s so hard for sonic, which is known for floats, to make floats. Read more

AFTER working a long 12 hour shift on my way home, this sonic has officially made me never want to go back to sonic ever again!... SUPER SMALL UNDONE CHICKEN SANDWICH that tasted. SO NASTY I ALMOST THREW UP! Also the milk shake was so watered down and itwasn?t the right flavor waste of money. How come when I get a Toaster Sandwich from Sonic it's NEVER toasted! If I wanted an old school breakfast sandwich with 2... regular slices of bread to stick to the roof of my mouth I would've went to my old middle school!!! Read more

Yesterday my daughter who's have autism ask me to go to Sonic drive in on Westheimer. I ask for two orders of Crispichicken with... a Sprite and a milk shake. We wait for more than 15 minutes. I note that people who came later and order get the order so quick.There's only one guy attending and he really try to do his best. But when I saw the lady besides comes and get her order in lessthan four minutes I questioned it. The manager comes out and said the order time is ok, I said I not agree. She said that I canleft the dinner if I don't like the time I wait. So I left the dinner and say goodbye. My daughter was sad and disappointed butI don't like the way the manager answer. I have now done app ordering three times for this location and it?s like they pay no attention to them or don?t care, I?m not... sure. I enter my stall number in as instructed as soon as I arrive and no one ever comes, then they seem confused when I pressthe button and ask for my order. Happened all three times I?ve tried. Just left a few minutes ago before this writing. I waited to be served and the workers ignored me and showed racial... mistreatment. I never got my order. It wasn't that busy and they had plenty of help. Must be new management, because I've neverbeen treated this way at this location. The manager was not very kind( yelling at me, treating me like 2nd class citizen) andshowed preference for certain customers. The staff was not kind either and didn't seem to care that my ordered was ignored. Maythis place lose business. I hope I don't return there. Read more
