Unable to follow basic requests, left me sitting and waiting for almost 40 minutes. I requested a root beer float, blended. Not... a very complicated request. The first time, it came out as a root beer with a tiny chunk of ice cream floating on top. Thesecond time, the manager assured me it would be made correctly and it was. I came back next with the same request. The manageron the speaker assured me it would be made correctly the first time. It wasn?t. Again a tiny piece of ice cream floating in aroot beer. It was by no definition a root beer float. I left a 50% tip because I thought I was being taken care of. I wasn?t. Iclicked the button again to request a remake of the drink correctly. Ended up sitting there for 27 minutes without anyoneanswering. The car hop also ran off before I could request help. All in, about 40 mins wasted and no help. I?m disappointed Read more

I stopped in here just to get a drink, my husband wanted a root beer float. The attendant was a complete ding bat. My husband... wanted extra ice cream and I had to tell the guy nearly 5 times. He was so confused. First he says it has no ice, I say he wantsextra ice CREAM, the he kept telling me he would add regular ice although it does not have ice. I had to reiterate it over andover. The guy literally could not figure out what I was talking about and kept going on about regular ice. It was a frustratingexperience, maybe he was high? The guy who brought it out was really not friendly either. Read more

I have alot of patience and I?ve ordered from this location multiple times. The assistant manager has good and bad days. He?s... not the nicest but it?s a very busy location so I give him the benefit of the doubt. However today was the worse experience I?veever had at an establish. I waited for over 30mins for mobile orders that he confirmed twice he had them and to just wait. So34mins later I still had no food. No one helped I asked 2 people to check on it and never came back. 40mins in a young managercomes out and basically tells me oh well just cancel and get a refund. I could?ve made a big deal if I had time but they hadalready wasted my entries lunch break! I should?ve waited for all the food and gotten it for free! Today everyone was carelessand didn?t offer any help. I?ve spent lots of money there because it?s right by my job, however if you can?t handle simplemobile orders and then blame the customer then I won?t give you my business. Read more

It was lunch time and kind of busy when I stopped by. Most of the experience was just a normal Sonic experience. The person... taking the order was upbeat, had a friendly greeting and ask questions as to clarify our order. The only comment I'm making hereand it is not about any member of the staff, was about asking for a drink refill. Now I used to actually manage a Sonic, whichis why I frequent it quite often, because there's so many choices that I like. My complaint, is this. If you pull up to the carhop stand or you're sitting in the outside or inside dining areas and what a refill on your drink which costs over $2! ThenSonic needs to readjust their policy on this. Because I don't think asking for a refill is going to break the bank when you'recharging over $2 for a medium size drink. Every other fast food type dining experience either allows you to self-serve a freedrink or provide you with one when you ask your wait staff member to refill. McDonald's, Taco Bell, Kentucky fried Chicken,Burger King and so on all have self-serve refill stations. Since Sonic is primarily, encouraging you to pull up at a car hopstand and place your order and then sit there, as in the '50s, and listen to the music and enjoy your meal they should eitherreduce the price of a soda, to fall in line with a single serving or offer refills since their prices are similar to theaforementioned restaurants. I haven't eaten sonic in over a year. Wanted it today just out of the blue. Now I know why I haven't eaten it in a year. ... Burnt onion rings. Probably be another year. Read more
