Shut this place down! Stop spending your hard earned money on a place like this! Horrible service horrible customer service!... Ordered a Waffle cone with butterfinger candy! SLOW service and received mediocre sandwich. Burned bread, missing ingredients and dripping mayo. Went back and employee didn't... even apologize for giving something like that out. Read more

I've given this location a few opportunities, and every time I am disappointed. I would not recommend going here at all. The... last (and final) time I went, it took 25 minutes to get my food. I was stuck in the drive-thru, otherwise I would have left. Thewoman who took my order was rude, which I assume is due to poor working conditions. The windows are blacked out so you canbarely see what is going on inside. I paid with a card, and on my receipt it says I was to be given change back (which I neveragreed to and never received). One could only assume it has happened to countless other people as well. Read more

For a place that touts its ice cream, how can it not have any? This has happened twice in a week when trying to order Sonic... Blasts. And, weirdly, the woman at the window didn't even know they couldn't make shakes, sundaes, etc. Sonic and Dunkin bothhave taken a nosedive after last year's buyout by Inspire Brands; their brands are now far from inspiring. They are very slow. They have a lot of kids working there that will give you cold food. When you tell them the order is wrong... and they fix it it's still not fixed. I don't understand how you can get a simple drink correct. The food is disgusting and notfresh and the fries are always cold. Read more

I should really give zero stars as we didn?t get our food and lost money. I thought this sonic improved since the last time I... ate here, but unfortunately it hasn?t changed. We used the app to order ahead and pick up. When we came and parked, it took us30 mins till someone asked us about our order. We even called the number on the sign to check in about our order, but no onepicked up due to either everyone working or ignoring it. We saw other people frustrated and driving away. If given the option touse the app and not utilizing it, is a waste of time and company resources. If the store doesn?t have the manpower, then turnoff the option, to avoid frustrated customers. I will never come to this location ever again. Read more

I cant even tell you what's wrong, the drive thru has not moved for 15 minutes. The speaker doesn't work, so cars have to reach... the window before even ordering. Then everyone waits in line for the one car in the front to get their full order, then everyonemoves forward. Such a waste of time. Do not recommend stopping here until they fix their stuff. Read more
