Shut this place down! Stop spending your hard earned money on a place like this! Horrible service horrible customer service!... Ordered a Waffle cone with butterfinger candy! I get this mess through their patched up drive through window! What?s this?Powered crape! I had to shake off all the dust and asked for a cup! The employee did not looked as he cared! Read more

I've given this location a few opportunities, and every time I am disappointed. I would not recommend going here at all. The... last (and final) time I went, it took 25 minutes to get my food. I was stuck in the drive-thru, otherwise I would have left. Thewoman who took my order was rude, which I assume is due to poor working conditions. The windows are blacked out so you canbarely see what is going on inside. I paid with a card, and on my receipt it says I was to be given change back (which I neveragreed to and never received). For a place that touts its ice cream, how can it not have any? This has happened twice in a week when trying to order Sonic... Blasts. And, weirdly, the woman at the window didn't even know they couldn't make shakes, sundaes, etc. Sonic and Dunkin bothhave taken a nosedive after last year's buyout by Inspire Brands; their brands are now far from inspiring.
