Just WOW!!! Really poor service.. was in the drive thru waited like 20min to take my order n nothing so decided to drive up to... the window still waiting like 5min more for the lady to take my order.. once she opened the window she said "what you want toorder".... took our order then went to sit down.. never again coming to this sonic.. I absolutely hate coming here. They are slow and the staff are rude. I order a few ice creams and when it was being brought to... me, I asked them for a guy holder and the guy gave me an attitude.l, if I ordered 5 ice creams, why wouldn?t you bring a cupholder? I ordered a sonic blast and it looked and tasted like I had a cup full of peanut butter and no ice cream. I wondered 2drinks and I waiting almost 30 minutes for that. Good quality was low. But they quickly served us and didn?t mess up the order!
This location is extremely horrible!!! The general manager Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate. The food is always sloppy,half... or overcooked. Workers doesn?t dress in uniform properly. I?m a daily customer and there is always workers hanging around thebuilding smoking no telling what! They close a few times a week early. Liz always tell me she takes customers money for herpocket and not ring things up. The ice cream machine is never cleaned as well as the soda machine. Slime is in this place and itdoesn?t seem to be cleaned well because the outside is always nasty. I don?t see how they have customers that they do. My nephewworked at this location months ago and said everything in this place is totally disgusting!!! Health department needs to checkthis place out ASAP!!!! Read more
Been here twice, had my order wrong twice, and the wait is forever regardless how many cars are there. Got charged for large a... large meal and for jalapeños on my weird tasting cold burger with wilted lettuce and received a small fry and drink and nojalapeños, and the half the fries were cold and soggy and the other half hot but no salt. They don't ask id you want sauce ifyour order something that requires it. Just go to Whataburger or Chik Fil A if you want fast food in this area, or one of themany local restaurants that charge less for better food. Read more
The service can get very slow when there's a lot of cars in the drive thru. Staff is friendly, but forgetful. Don't forget to... ask for straws, condiments, and cupholders if you have a lot of drinks. Would think that they'd bring them out in anticipationof needing these things (we ordered 6 drinks). Maybe the heat is getting to them. Food quality is to be expected from a Sonicslocation. There is no dine in or seating outside which is different from most locations, but I don't think many would sit outthere at this time of year anyways! Read more
Longer wait time than the DMV. I?ve waited up to 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They ordered Ice cream just as we did.... It was a 10 minute wait once we got to the window. It doesn?t matter what time of day, be prepared to wait. Edit: Just tried toorder ice cream was told the machine was broken, yet the car in front of me got ice cream. Worst Sonic In America. Use the app, pulled up to the stall, entered the stall number waited, ended up having to use the button to call in, was told to... go through drive thru. They didn't enter into the app that it was being worked on or anything, and they're going to let me sitthere forever until I called. I will say though, they did get the order right. Read more
