I do not think I will return. When the lady handed me my order, her fingernails were very, very dirty. I know you have to wash... your hands frequently and for the health department regs., this was a turn off. I love Sonic but will not return here. Read more
Took about 5 min for someone to take my order once I pushed the button. I ordered a medium tot with chili added on along with... two slushes and a pretzel. The screen was so dirty I couldn?t even see my order so I just swiped my card to pay. The drink wereserved sloppily and dripping down the sides with no napkins. Once I got home I looked at my receipt and noticed I was chargedfor tots with chili and cheese then they added no cheese. So you mean to tell me I was charged for cheese even though I didn?twant cheese instead of just adding chili to a med tot like I asked? I wasn?t going to complain until I got home and my sonpulled out the tots. It was maybe 7 tots with a dash of chili for $4. Never again. Read more
The worst customer service EVER!! Since I was ordering this lady had an attitude and when I got to the window I gave her cash... and told her to put the rest on my card and this lady said oh no we don?t do that here. And when I said they have done it beforeshe screamed at the rest of the staff asking them who was doing it and at that point I had had enough and left. I always go tothis location and they do take a long but I don?t mind it because I understand it takes time to make my order but her rudenessand attitude towards her staff was what drew the line. There are certain times that you should be able to leave a -5 for a business. And this is one of those times. Ordered chicken... tender meal, got home opened the box to find 3 tenders burned up in old cooking oil and soggy smashed tots. Took the order BACKto Sonic and ask if this was a joke. They offered to replace the meal. Gave me the new one for me to find, you guessed it 3burnt tenders and the exact same soggy tots. Didn?t even replace the box!!! Well the place is always very slow service and NEVER gets my order right and I ALWAYS have to remind them about condiments that... COME with certain items! IE: pretzel twists w/cheese on the MENU IT SAYS THOSE EXACT WORDS? smh! And one time I went there andpaid with a credit card and I sat and waited for the card and receipt and the girl just started at me and said you?re done! AndI said ?my card ?? And she replied ?Oh! You wanted it back!??? Like she was confused and upset with me for asking for my creditcard back! In the DRIVE THROUGH! What did she think my card was a TIP?!!?? first off it?s the drive through so you don?t get atip and even if I WANTED TO TIP she wasn?t worth a dollar on that card! i?m 9months pregnant and I go to sonic for ice several times a day. tonight was very horrible. I waited in line for 15 minutes... nobody answered. I called customer service to see what time they close because every door was opened with cones.but water wasoverflowing out of a bucket in the hand washing sink. so i walk up to see if people was there as cs asked. I see an employeewashing dishes (johna brown). and the manger (david valquez) comes rushing to the front with an attitude ?we not taking ordersget out my store?. CS still on the phone listening to how he was talking to me. the manger started going off on me get out mydoor moving my hand and shoving me twice so hard i could?ve harmed my baby. CS rep has the whole conversation recorded. browneven put his input that i still wasn?t getting ice or ice cream. after being shoved i go to my car they take off running to theback forgetting the side door open the manager come back to try and close it then take off out the door gets in a red car andleave the both of them it still wasn?t closing time. this is the worse people i?ve met in my whole customer service history. iwill be filing charges against the manager.
