Came here said no icecream? Didn?t even give a reason why. I came here yesterday and they served icecream. Makes no sense.... Sounds like someone is lying and didn?t feel like dealing with the machine. Blasts and cones are one of the most popular itemshere. What is this? McDonald?s? Smh. Then had to wait in line forever to get out of the line, since they got the persons orderwrong in front of us. The people working need to do better and care about their customers. Read more
This place needs to do better! As popular as they are they really need to step up the service. I arrived around 6pm on a Sunday... evening. Every WORKING drive in was occupied. We had to use the drive thru. There were about 5 vehicles ahead of us, took over30 minutes to get thru. We only ordered 2 slushies and small tots for baby. Cashier took forever filling our order, she lookedconfused as hot to make out drinks. Slushies were ok, tots were disgusting. Baby ate 1 and only 1. I tasted 1 and it was bad.Tasted like the oil had burnt vomit in it ???? so awful for all the customers spending their money on disgusting service smh Read more

This Sonic is horrible. It takes almost 45 mins in drive thru and this is not just off of one time. I came during my lunch and... it took almost the entire hour. Bad thing is that once you?re in line you?re stuck here. Every time I come at night the pull upsare always closed-night crew always tells us drive thru only and they always are out of ice cream. I just don?t get why would afranchise who?s big seller is ice cream can always be out of ice cream. Rude staff especially at night. Night crew staff hangsaround pulls up talking with friends or whomever rather then catering to their customers. Night crew stops selling food at about2-3 hrs early and only wants to sell drinks and popcorn chicken, no food items. Most likely so they can leave early I?m sure. Read more

I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake with added fudge, I'm sipping the shake and biting on what I thought was a piece of... cheesecake turned out to be pieces of strawberry. I'm disgusted just thinking about the unclean machines making shake aftershake, any other explanation on how strawberry ended up in a oreo shake?! Read more

Never disappoints. Edit: I read the negative reviews and think the new management must've done something different. Maybe that... corporate number (in the response to the "complainants") netted some attention. I never had a problem, before, with this Sonic.I was surprised by the, "...no ice cream," "burnt oil taste" complaints, except for the products that make them may have beeninfluenced by factors outside of Sonic's control, to wit: Why is there a shortage of ice cream? That's because inflation isleading to a shortage of products and ingredients in ice cream shops. In response, they're making changes to their operations.Whether it's swapping out products for an alternative or buying things weeks in advance, these shops are trying to stay coolunder inflation pressure.
