Someone please turn down the temperature eon the fryer, or stop frying things for like an extra 2 minutes. The tots and cheese... sticks used to be golden and now they?re browner and crunchy and they taste weird, like the oil is old. Or maybe the temp is toolow and they?re being cooked too long, cuz the tots are greasy. And the cheese was missing in half of the sticks, also one ofthem looked like that, like dang. Rather disappointed since I've had much better service the few times I've stopped at this location. I placed an order thru the... app just before 10pm and arrived just after. I checked in and 6hen placed another order thru the board of something I forgot.Right after I placed the second order the screen informed me which carhop would be bringing my order. Which one lady did comeout to let me know about an outage and ask about a substitution for one of my drinks. About 5 mins later another carhop broughtme the second order I had placed after I arrived. Finally at 10:50 the first lady came out and asked if anyone had brought myfirst order to me and went and got it when I told her no. It was obvious they were trying to catch up after an unexpected rushand were short handed which I don't blame the staff that was there for. The absolute worst sonic you can ever go to. The employees are always playing around or sitting outside with one person taking... or making orders. It ALWAYS takes FOREVER to get a drink from here 15/20 mins or more. I never get food anymore because itseither always cold or stale. Trust the reviews. I placed my order for 2 combos at 4:15pm, and the carhop came to my car at 4:59pm. I checked in on my order... TWICE and both times the employee said my order was on the way. I know my order had to be just sitting there because mymozzarella sticks are hard and cold. And there is barely any ice in my drinks . Read more
Really hot summer day and wanted a refreshing treat. Went to this sonic and ordered a large cherry slush at the drive thru... that's was it. Pulled up to the front and there was a car waiting in front of me. After about 5min or so they got their order.So I waited and 3 vehicles pulled up behind me still in the drive thru. All 3 cars behind me got their order before I did andthat's because they got food as well. After 20 mins of waiting I left without my cherry slush. 20 minutes of waiting for acherry slush that I never got wow!!! Read more

Order was incorrect BUT they made it right!!! Food wasn?t as hot as I like my toys they where warm not hot overall they where... busy!
