Supervisor or manager on duty needs to check there quality or retrain cooks on quality control. My gf just came back with some... food and I asked her if they were busy. She says no. Yet the food look stale, dry, and like it's been sitting for a while. Whyis this? I had a number 5 which the CF steak should of been freshly dropped. Previous day I went for a chocolate shake thatlooked watery and soupy! I went to McDonald's to get a another one because I didn't want to deal with them. Took the shake andshowed McDonald's and they literally laughed at it. And made one for free for me. If Im assuming it's going to be fresh than Idon't mind waiting a couple extra minutes for it. But don't serve me bad quality if I'm the only customer there. Read more

Does this look like a chicken sandwich to you? No? Me neither. You see, I ordered a number TEN, but since this SONIC hires... people who don't speak English, they prepared a number TWO. SONIC doesn't care about your community or you. They can't bebothered to hire local people who speak the local language. Immigration services should probably pay this place a visit, becauseI suspect they are breaking labor laws. Read more

I visited the location at 2010 Aldine Bender on the way home from the airport on 8/30/22 at approx. 9:30-9:45 pm. I ordered... ahead using the app, pulled into a stall and entered my stall number, per the instructions. The screen acknowledged that I wasthere and that my order was being prepared in the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later my husband went up to the door since thelocation was not busy and there was no reason it should have taken so long. He was told that orders could only be picked up inthe drive thru. Nowhere was there any signage or info on the app or the stall screen that stated to go thru the drive thru. Infact, the instructions say to pull in a stall and enter your number. Once we made it to the drive thru, which moved extremelyslow, the staff was not very responsive or friendly, did not include any of the sauce or ketchup we had requested, and by thistime, our food had been sitting and waiting for more than 20 minutes so it was also not very fresh or hot. We had not had aproper meal for more than 8 hours having been on a plane with no meal service. This was the most disappointing and unacceptableexperience we've ever had during the many, many years we've been coming to Sonic. Read more

Walked to this Sonic and ordered from the tables it was about eight in the evening. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. I waited... 15 minutes for them to bring it out. I walked back to my room a little over half a mile away and sat down to eat noticed thebreading on the chicken wasn't crunchy but I bit in and discovered raw chicken. Had to put I in the microwave to cook it so Iwouldn't waste ten bucks . Read more

Had me a my family waiting 30 mins came out with the drinks fast then waited on the food the ice cream and slushy was melted... messed up the order on top of that then some dude walks out there saying what do we want that we need to move around cause hedont have and order for where we at DONT GO TO THIS SONIC AND FOR THEM SO CALLED WORKERS IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHERONE CAUSE THE ONE AT SONIC AINT CUTTING IT FOR YOU Read more

The slowest service is at this Sonic location. They always have new employees. I wonder what causes the high turnover at this... location? I always have issues here. Either sitting in a stall and never receiving my lunch or waiting over 30 minutes for adrink. Completely unacceptable. I support the business, but this location is the worst. Read more

Very horrible customer service experience. I am a frequent Sonic customer. I always order the same thing, a crispy tender dinner... with a side of ranch & a side of buffalo. I have never had 1 single problem anywhere ordering this. Upon pulling up to thislocation, I was told that ?they weren?t doing that anymore.? I asked why & employee answered because ?they had a new manager &were not allowed.? I do not mind being charged extra for this & I made that clear, but employee became rude & started to screamat me that those were the rules. I asked to speak to a manager to which she replied that she was the manager on duty. I said Iwould be escalating the issue to corporate & drove off.
