Ordered from here at 6:30 pm on 7/20/22 in drive thru Ordered a number 6 , regular hotdog with onions mustard relish and... ketchup. I waited on the drive thru lane for 15 mins and no one even greeted me. I pulled around to the regular area to order, I was... immediately greeted. Take out side is trash. Not even busy. I've been told before they can only do drinks and no food at least 2hours before closing time, or they ran out of whatever i ordered, so they don't have to work as much. Burnt up food also. Read more
I've been trying to reach out to the owners of this store just so I can let them know their General Manager Johnny is a bad a$$... GM. That man deserves a good dam raise! He was the ONLY employee in that store when I arrived @ 10:45am. He managed to get EVERYvehicle out. He had great customer service. When we received our food it hot & fresh. That man was breaking his back to makesure his store was not losing money & customers were satisfied when they arrived. GIVE THIS MAN MORE MONEY!! Read more
AGAINST my better judgement I went AGAIN and again the food was trash... Bun was hard and dry and the hotdog was like rubber...... At 7 they claimed the ice cream machine wasn't working so I got a blue coconut slush which had hardly any flavoring and tastedlike plastic... NEVER EVER AGAIN. Read more
I ordered a route44 coconut slush and when i got it, it is all water barely any slushie ice. Due to the bland flavor it seems... like it set out on the counter and melted to water the flavor down. My daughter ordered the mocha shake and it wasn't mixed atall. I think this staff is just lazy. The guy that brought it to the car was nice !! Read more
