Tl;dr avoid this place unless you want to wait 50 minutes for a super simple order My pregnant wife had a craving for Sonic,... otherwise I try to avoid Sonic at all costs, but she loves it, so I obliged. Ordered on the app so we?d be able to just pick upour order and head out. I was so wrong. The stalls are incorrectly labeled so when you?re in stall 15, there?s a sticker signnext to you with a guy waving showing that you?re in 16. We realized this when we arrived so we pressed the red button and letthem know. They said they?d be right out. After 45 minutes of waiting, nothing. We pulled around to the drive through window andthey said they found our order. We pulled up and they tried to charge us for someone else?s order even though we already paid onthe app. It took him all of 30 seconds to make the order since we just ordered slushes, which we waited for 50 minutes for. Isaid thank you and have a good night, they said nothing and shut the window. They forgot the poppers but I didn?t care, I wasjust glad to get out of there. It doesn?t matter how much my wife wants to come back, I never plan on returning. Placed an order through their app, made it to Sonic right on time and my order was not ready. Cool...I assume their making it... fresh to order, NOPE! I literally waited 20+ minutes for my order, and notified them twice that I hadn't yet received my order.They finally bring it out and my drink was absolutely disgusting!! Their Coke machine had to be out because how do you mess up acoke?! Then, my food was sub par. Nothing good about my experience with this Sonic today. Sonic needs to get it together orthey'll be losing a faithful customer. I haven't gone to Sonic since my last bad encounter, they continue to prove me right. Pulled into stall 16 and sat there for over 30 minutes after we ordered 2 medium drinks and a mini blast on the board (pushing... the red button). The guy came out after we pushed the red button asking about our order 20 minutes after we first placed it, wetold him what it was and he then came back out asking if we placed it online!
