I always go here in the daytime and service is always great but tonight it was extremely poor service! We pulled up at 10:40pm,... they said the restaurant closed at 12am. All of the employees were standing outside one of them was cursing loudly. She soundedvery angry. We waited for 10mins then push the red button again still no answer so we waited another 10 mins. The employees werejust looking at us and never said anything so we pulled to the drive thru and still no answer. It?s rude to just leave customerswaiting and not saying anything at least let us know what?s going on or if your store is closed then we wouldn?t have waitedwith the employees just staring at us and wasting our time!!! Manager seems high and sweaty. Stood by the window she didn?t acknowledge me nor the other customer. Waited 20 mins for our food... ?it was just sitting there. Manager was sitting on her phone also the cooks were on their phone. 5 cars were behind me grill wasempty. Read more
Regardless of my order taking a tad bit long, I'm giving this location 5 stars, and that's because of the one employee going... above and beyond to get customers their orders adequately. I believe her name is Maryleyn, not sure how to spell it. They whereshort staffed and she definitely was being that exemplary employee, you hardly see employees like her now days. I stronglybelieve she deserves recognition and most definitely a raise. Because of her hard work this location is getting income into theowners pocket. She turns a negative situation like being short staffed into a positive outcome to this business, not only thatshe comforts customers for the wait. I was very pleased with this Sonic I've been in this neighborhood a long time but the manager that is now there she is so... concerned she is so dedicated to what she does the food is just excellent I am very very pleased and we always come through forhappy hour Sonic drinks everything is excellent.
