They're rude, rush you and yet take forever to give you your food. 15 minutes after ordering at the drive thru, I still wasn't... at the window and there was a line behind me. Today, I just left. This is about the 5th time this has happened. They take toolong and burn the chicken on top of it all. Never going there again. Read more

Very rude lady taking orders. We brought that to her attention she THREW THE#1 cheese burger squeezed and thrown thru the open... window. Like a softball!! Look for this in Facebook. Read more

Ok BUT the speakers outside they can't hear you. I was almost screaming. I ask for FRESH CORN DOGS and they were delivered... within 5 mins. I know they were warmed up or refried. There is a sign over the window "Fresh every time". Humm I do think so. Read more

Horrible !!!! I sat at booth #12 & hit the button to order. After I see a car 2 isles away get addressed @ their window, & then... the car in booth #13 next to me on my right hand side get serviced as well, I hollered at a worker walking by (b-c he washurrying passed me) that I hadn't been answered at my station. He said, "oh yeah #12, booth 12 don't work " The screen CLEARLYstates activated & we'll be with you shortly, etc! Why don't this location block off that ordering station!?!?!Ridiculous!!!! Spent a whole 35min or more here b-c my child wanted a particular shake or I would have left. Read more

Horrible wait. Took 20 minutes to get my order in. 3 minutes to get my money then 40 minutes to bring it to the car even though... the screen said it was on the way and then status disappeared from the screen. Had to push button again for someone to come. Wehad just a kids meal and two sonic blasts. Charged me for extra candy but didn't get it and one blast was so melted I had tofreeze it for 4 hours before I could enjoy it. Kind of defeated the purpose of going for ice cream. Read more

Just left. Had lunch at Cheesecake factory. My kids and I wanted a slushy nerds drink. Craving nerds. That?s it. Ordered 3... large. Upon driving off, no nerds in first sip. Pulled over pushed button for service and even though woman repeated my flavorednerds drinks she said I didn?t charge you for nerds?? I can take you some. Brought me few nerds in cup for one drink. I had 3drinks. Asked for more the woman said well she didn?t charge you for them. I said well she should of because that?s what I camefor please bring me some more. Waited a bit and we made our own drinks and it sucked because you have to put nerds first beforeslushy because it won?t mix good. Order was so simple yet incorrect. I was the only car in parking lot so it wasn?t busy.Everyone in the building was staring at me like I did something wrong shaking their heads like really.
