My first experience ever at sonic was bad sadly. I ordered a burger, tots, and a grilled cheese. When I got home I noticed my... grilled cheese was missing so I went back to get it. I asked them to please make sure it's fresh. When they brought it out to meI asked if it was fresh, the employee lied to my face saying it was. I know because I started looking at it and it was verywarm, not to mention the cheese wasn't how my cheese be now. The good thing was that it was cut in half and toasted. But theyjust gave me the one that they forgot to give me when I left. Which made me very upset. Especially that he lied to my face. Thiswas the night shift. My second time going there it was the same the only difference this time is it wasn't toasted or cut. Thethird time I begged them to make it fresh and they didn't. But the last two times I went my whole meal was fresh! Why? Becausethe manager was there! Sad thing is, is that it still wasn't toasted?It's sad that it took me so many Times to get a grilledcheese right... I ordered though the ap, 1 DP, after waiting for over 15 minutes the ap showed the carhop was bringing my DP, then the order... disappeared. I couldn't cancel because it said my order had been fulfilled. I was not fulfilled. I pushed the red button andafter a very long wait without being answered I tried to call the number provided on the stall, no one answer and no voicemailhad been set up. A older man finally answered the call button, yelled at me saying I am busy! We will get to when we can! Iwaited a full 30 minutes without getting my drink and I left. I made a complaint to corporate support already. So many one starreviews for this location I am shocked the manager still has a job! Read more
Horrible service!! I orderd 1 LG Dr.pepper through the ap and I tipped through the ap. My card was charged and said the caphop... was bring my order. I waited a total of 30 mins for the DP, and could not cancel my order because it showed in the ap my orderhad been brought to my car. I finally left. Shameful laziness on display at sonic!! Read more
I have become addicted to these lemonade slushes. If you go make sure that they mix them to a dark yellow color or add extra... flavoring. The price is a little high if you are not using the app or going doing happy hour Times. But I definitely recommendthat you try At least One. Read more
