I got cheeseburger combo but it was bland tasting. All hamburgers were variations of a cheeseburger .Not everyone wants or likes... cheeseburger. Unremarkable quality. I doubt I go back. Their assortment of flavored drinks is their real achievement. I can'thave most because I am on no sugar low carb diet. Read more

If this wasn't a huge problem everywhere it seems anymore, I would look over it. With the prices of everything we buy at it's... all time high along with gas prices ,we shouldn't have to loose 1/3 more in cost by employees consistently having an issuemaking sure 3 items are in the bag!! Literally 3 items. Busy days are no excuse. At the end of the day you have unsatisfiedcustomers constantly loosing money and obvious lack of training for employees from management. Read more

This place has multiple problems with customer service! I have come to this sonic multiple times and have been disappointed... every time. This will be the last time I ever go to this sonic. They never get my order right! Why the manager or districtmanager or owner is not doing anything about this place is beyond me. The employees look as those they hate working there. Nosmile or anything. My 2 year old had to use the restroom and when I asked if she could use their restroom they said no and soshe messed herself. That happened waiting so long for my food to be ready. Why this place has 3 stars is beyond me and so Iwould give it 1 star. This could be a great place to eat if they got their customer service corrected. If I was the manager ofthis place I would be looking at these reviews and making corrections. Read more

I try not to go to this sonic. I went because it was on the way home. It usually takes forever in the drive-thru, but it was... actually quick this time. After leaving pleased, I got home and looked at my sandwich. Lettuce was scarce and lookeddisgusting. It got wiped off. Since there was only tomatoes left, I added my own mayo and then cheese to make it edible. Itwas warm. The tots with it had a metallic taste to them along with the fries I got for my daughter. Those got thrown in thetrash. I will try to avoid this Sonic and go out of my way to the one on Fairmont from now on. Read more

Everytime I come here I think hey maybe they've changed. But no. The service is the slowest out of any sonic I've been too. It's... absolutely terrible. I also got got cut off when I wasn't done ordering and had to press the button and place a second order.And don't even think about any customizations, it was like pulling teeth and all I wanted to do was swap tots for fries. Oh andlook at the "new" chicken strip dinner. That little nugget looking thing is supposed to be my onion ring... I have been gettingthis meal for more than 7 years and never have I been jipped like this. Read more
