This sonic was amazing. The cashier was super nice. Even brought out 3 toys for my son to choose from so he wasn't sitting there... bored. Pretty sure they can't do this all the time but it was super nice. Something a lot of people forget about. Just beingnice. Read more

Watch your total because they will steal from you. Went through the drive through and my meal was 8.65 and they charged my card... 9.65, went inside and asked about it and the guy gave no explanation and sheepishly gave me my dollar back. Read more

This used to be a good place to get food. Today I waited 45 minutes for two burgers and a blast. One of the burgers was not... what I ordered. I watched people come in and ask for drinks that they ordered. They said had been waiting twenty minutes for. Isaw only four people working and they could not keep up with the demand of customers. Apparently no one knows about the problemsof this Sonic. If they did this would not happen. Hopefully someone from corporate will see this and do something about it. Read more

Went around 9:30ish on a Saturday night, only to come home with 3 burgers that were cold to the touch. There was no heat from... the patties or the buns. Furthermore, the Cherry Limeades that we ordered did not have any cherry or lime in it. This is thefirst time the service has been so bad. Read more

I wish the owner of this establishment cared enough to get a new staff. I?ve seen it all in this store fr M employees giving lap... dances and straddling people i the lobby to the English speaking staff letting the woman who ?doesn?t speak English? (theirwords not mine) run the drive thru so I had to wait for literally 15 minutes before deciding to leave. These incidentshappened within a week of one another too Read more

Last night, Sunday, I was in line at the drive thru at about 10:15. Restaurant closes at 11pm so I had plenty of time to get... food. There were two cars ahead of me and two behind me. Super slow service, as usual. I finally moved up so I could place myorder, and no one came on so I waited and waited and waited. Finally I pulled to the side so I could go in. The car behind mepulled up to order, only to be told they were closed. The guy in the car told me this as he pulled away. As I drove around theback, there were 2 young male employees sitting on the sidewalk outside the back door, smoking, and I'm guessing by what Ismelled, not tobacco. So, left customers waiting, closed Restaurant 30 minutes early, then sat outside to smoke. Hmmmm.....Iwonder if they had clocked out already??!! Oh well. I guess I won't be going there anymore. And that's too bad because it's soconvenient. Gotta do better Sonic. Read more

I literally spent an hour waiting on food. To get it back wrong. I was already annoyed because the girl taking my order... rushed me through my order and kept interrupting me when I was asking for "no tomatoes". When we finally got our foodeverything was cold and tasted like it was cooked in old fry oil. We asked for one of the burgers to be remade becauseit had the wrong condiments on it for it to be remade with the same condiments put back on it. I didn't go back in because Iwas already there for 45 minutes at that point. I will not be returning again I gave it a year to return back to see if itimproved from my experience before and unfortunately it is worse. Read more
