Bought a 32 oz smoothie and mine taste like they put 22 oz of water in it. It?s so watered down. Service is always bad here. I... always try to give this location another chance since there isn?t a closer one but they always fail. This location needs a legitmanager to run it. Read more

Quick, but then I noticed they didn't feel my drink up, it was missing about and inch of smoothie from the rim. Very... disappointing considering how much it costs. I will not be returning to this location. Read more

To be fair, I'll give it 3-stars. The staff members were fun and enthusiast and did the best and fastest they could with the... smoothies under given circumstances. The smoothie was amazing and I'm quite happy about it. Now let me talk about the givencircumstances. Lunch hour and only 2 staff members working. Drive-thru line was long, and so was the line inside the store. Alsothe store doesn't offer apple pay nor samsung pay. Other smoothie kings offer that service, despite that apple pay and samsungpay do charge the merchants for uses. I have worked in food service for years and by common sense, I know management don't havea say to add more staff during lunch periods and to use apple pay and samsung pay for the customers' convenience because theyhave to follow labor cost standards according to what the FRANCHISE OWNER wants. Good location and attentive, but for the love of God please put more employees on the floor. It's hard to enjoy my smoothie... knowing only one person is on the floor overwhelmed with multiple customers. Managers, please be mindful of your employees andtake care of them. Read more

Paid on my app for a 2pm pickup; my friend who picked up the order had to wait 30+mins for it after they argued that they didn't... have the order. We showed them the order, and a screenshot of my bank that I had been charged. The appropriate response shouldhave been, "we will make that right away!" Worst location. Hired better staff or pay them more so they don't hate theirjob!!!!!! Read more

Should be 0 stars for the zero service I received. Stood there for a few minutes, not one of three employees "working" there... said anything to me or acknowledged my presence. There was only one other person in the store and they were not being attendedto. Maybe a couple people in their drive through, but by no means were they actually working hard for them. I don't expectmuch nowadays from this generation, but they couldn't be bothered with the least of possible greetings? Maybe the owner willrespond to this, but I can tell you now if that if those are the kind of employees you have working your business, nothing whatyou say will mean anything, because employees always reflect the level of care from those at the top. Don't pretend to beconcerned. Anyone else reading this, take your business elsewhere. They don't want it and there is a plethora of other optionsclose by and at far more reasonable prices. I love Smoothie King and this is the only one near my commute. I know what my smoothie should taste like when it is made... correctly and unfortunately this location gets it right about 3/4 times. The most common issue is the smoothie not being coldenough so it tastes like a homemade protein shake. I?ve had them remake the smoothie several different times which is somethingI?ve never had to do at other locations and shouldn?t be something I should have to wonder about every time I go. *Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. Came here for their $5 32 oz smoothies. Smoothies are great, however, their... customer service is not so. My second time coming inside and both times the employees act like they don't want to be here. I wasignored the whole time when I came inside for pick up, even the guy who was washing blenders the whole time ignored me. Place isvery clean though, just wish the employees were nicer because they never speak, smile, and greet. Read more
