To be fair, I'll give it 3-stars. The staff members were fun and enthusiast and did the best and fastest they could with the... smoothies under given circumstances. The smoothie was amazing and I'm quite happy about it. Now let me talk about the givencircumstances. Lunch hour and only 2 staff members working. Drive-thru line was long, and so was the line inside the store. Alsothe store doesn't offer apple pay nor samsung pay. Other smoothie kings offer that service, despite that apple pay and samsungpay do charge the merchants for uses. I have worked in food service for years and by common sense, I know management don't havea say to add more staff during lunch periods and to use apple pay and samsung pay for the customers' convenience because theyhave to follow labor cost standards according to what the FRANCHISE OWNER wants. Paid on my app for a 2pm pickup; my friend who picked up the order had to wait 30+mins for it after they argued that they didn't... have the order. We showed them the order, and a screenshot of my bank that I had been charged. The appropriate response shouldhave been, "we will make that right away!" Worst location.
