I was the only person in store the first server told me he would be right with me and begin to do other things then a female... employ asked if I had placed my order yet I responed no and she begin messing with a stapler and acted like I was not there atwhich point I left. Just left there a few minutes ago. I consider myself a very patient person, but this last visit really tested it. It took over... 20 minutes to get two smoothies with only two people in line ahead of us. They gave us one out of our order and then gave otherpeople who were behind us their smoothies before giving us our second one. Their time management and process flow was awful andvery frustrating! Train your people, Smoothie King! They apparently don't have a clue how to run your shop "smoothly". Read more
9/23/21 been here since 730 as their website and door says they open at 7am. When I go to the app to order online it says the... earliest I can pick up is 8am. It is now 8:05 and the doors are still locked. The sign on the door also says open. Whoever theowner is has no consideration for peoples time! Change your door signs and website info and put what time you really open. Therehave been 4 people that have come and gone as well thinking it was open. Read more
