Me and my boss are regular customers great customer service see you guys every Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday.
i visit this store most. service, food quality and cleanliness and are good. employees are friendly. varies some from shift to... shift but overall the staff is friendly and serves quickly. parking is challenging at this location especially during peakbusiness. smoothie king can?t really do anything. but it has affected my decision to stop or not. not only is parking limitedbut some of the parking spaces are difficult to get in to and out of. Exceptional service! Was immediately attended as soon as walked in. Cashier was patient with me as I asked for my order. Took... about 5-8 minutes for smoothies to come out. Said hello to every customer that walked in and made them feel like they valuedthem. Would definitely recommend!!! Read more
Went to this location and arrived at 8:51pm. When I got there it was already locked and the employee inside refused to look up... to open the door. I knocked and she just walked to the back. There were two other customers that arrived after me that were alsonot served. Read more
07/24/2020 Welcomed by a cheerful young black man as soon as I walked in. I noticed their signage for Metabolism Booster Mango... Ginger and asked if those were all the major ingredients, and that it wasn't too sweet. He said yes. Order was placed andquickly made within 5 minutes. He placed a lid over the 32 oz cup, with an *ungloved* hand. I had to alcohol wipe the lidwhen I got to the car. Come to find out there was a lot of bananas in this smoothie (not a fan, why didn't the guy say so inthe 1st place?) which made it awfully sweet. Had to add plain almond milk, plain Greek yogurt to the smoothie to dilute it oncehome. If I were to order this again, I can explicitly ask for less or no bananas at all (personal taste preference- easilyfixable), but will staff improve their server protocol amidst Covid-19? Read more
Usually when I come here the service is good, however lately it has been very wishy washy. I ordered a smoothie on their app and... when I called to let them know which car I was in, no one answered. When I spoke to the cashier, she said their phone wasoff. Avoid this location until they get workers that care! Read more
