I have my orders delivered to my office. Sometimes the order comes without straws. You need a straw to drink the smoothie. ... I'm an employee at a much more bigger and populated one, so I was expecting something similar to it but when I went in the... customer service was average which, if im being honest, I don't care about at all when it comes to food places, however the mainissue here, was the smoothie I got, it wasn't bad but it wasn't the smoothie I usually make myself, it was watery and completelytasted different. The Indian lady that works there is very rude. I tried using a coupon, not realizing that it was for a different location, and... she made me wait for several minutes because she just needed to call her manager about it. I really don't see what the problemis with using a coupon for Smoothie King. I ended just leaving due to work but if you want to go to a Smoothie King don't bothergoing to this one. Read more
Typical smoothie King. I think they are laid out the same. Ordered what I thought was a healthy green drink, it ended up being... very sugary. Next time I am going to ask for the nutrition facts so that I can select more careful and understand what I amgetting myself into. Woman working the register is uneducated and speaks bad english.... manager is a joke and offers no help. I received am email... that stated happy hour between 4-6 had drinks for 1$ . When I got here and placed my order I was informed the email wasincorrect and should be 1$ off and a new email should have been sent out. I told the manager " I didn't receive any new email"and asked to honor the one I did. Smoothies are good. However, one under-educated employee with 8 people in line did not work well. I asked one question about... calories, and he looked at me with utter confusion. I tried a question about ingredients, and he shook his head with irritation.I didn't press for an answer lest the people behind me revolt. I just took what I could get and hurried out. This Smoothie King is conveniently located to our office at 1330 Post Oak in the Four Oaks Place Towers. As a dental office,... sometimes our patients are in the chair for a while and need lunch and cannot eat with sedation. This Smoothie King deliversgood smoothies and quickly. Always a nice staff. This is the place to go! My kiddo and I go every Saturday and Sunday after gym class and the lady that works there, her name... escapes me but she's a sweet Black lady, and she always has a smile for us! I think she works there alone but the service isstill quick, still friendly and the smoothies are perfect! It's her energy that keeps us coming back so much that it's just ourtradition after gym class. She puts the passion in the passion passport smoothie!!
