I placed an order for DoorDash delivery. Got my order and one drink was 100% WRONG and smoothie king is over priced as it is so... it?s extremely frustrating when they get things wrong that they can?t take the time to fix. When I went there was just one person working. They were out when I arrived, and the gate was drawn shut so it looked closed. They were playing around way too much. I understand enjoying what you do, but they where standing around at the register talking... while I was ordering. There was a lot of side jokes and playing. Okay, so I'm a big fan of the Smoothie King chain. Mostly because I can get a drink that isn't loaded down with sugar like Jomba... Juice. I'm reviewing this location because for quite some time I've had really great customer service here. Several of theother locations have just blatantly rude staff, not necessarily toward myself but in general. I admit I'm kind of a pain in thebutt customer when it comes to food in general but I'm always nice and using my pleases and thank you :p as well as a good tipfor a job well done.
