Made me park in front of the establishment for my drink when I came thru the drive through? that?s strange
Such an unpleasant experience with the woman that opened the store today 5/24 at 6am. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt... in thinking ok we all have a bad day, but as soon as I started reading the reviews, seems like she ALWAYS has a bad day.Needless to say I didn't stick around for her unpleasant service, I simply drove away after she got upset that I didn't ask fora suggestion at the speaker and asked at the window. Literally the worst experience I?ve had with smoothie king! This was my first time ordering from this location I did curbside. I... called when I was outside and I was told to come inside because they?re too busy which is the first issue I have! How do youoffer curbside and when called for curbside you?re telling me I have to come in!? My second issue is I asked for a receipt sothat I can have something to reference when filing this complaint and they made me wait for 10-15 minutes while they kept doingwhatever they were doing I had to ask 4 times before someone actually went to the back and printed it out. management is trash they are petty. they are SO unprofessional i feel really bad for the workers. the managers name is MARIE.... she was very rude to me and her workers that is not acceptable. poor kids are just working a minimum wage job, the kids triedtheir best from pov and were very nice. Smoothie king need to DO SOMETHING about management, because its not the first time isee this happening at this store. one time i walked in and i could hear her screaming from the back to another person/workerthat is UNACCEPTABLE . how can you expect these kids to listen to you if you CANNOT RESPECT them or care what you do when thereare customers right outside. any who, the workers/kids need to have a better manager. The clowns you guys have working this evening on 7/12/21 @ 6:45 pm are totally worthless! Horrible service, I walked in there... expecting my order to be complete and ready only to find them having a blast with the radio full blast and my order no where tobe found! The girls that served me are amazing. My only form of payment was my debit card but it broke during work and they were still... able to take care of me. They didn?t make me feel ashamed for my beat up card they just took it typed it in and made my order.They were hustling and moving fast to serve the drive thru and also keeping everything clean. Visited this store a few times the evening ladies are really sweet & I had no issues but today the morning/afternoon ladies were... rushing me as well as, did not fill my smoothie cup full to the top, an give me exactly what I paid for....an when I confrontedan asked I received more attitude an she stated it's at the top line which it was not, very unprofessional again as I state formost places if you do not like your job do not do it there are plenty of people who would love your position...Other than thatcleanliness is great always smells like bleach..which is plus with COVID still going on... atmosphere again is better in eveningthan morning afternoon time...idk if they rolled out bed on the wrong side but the need to get it together with customerservice.
