The worst Smoothie King in the. System. Tried it again tonight. Spent $17 for two smoothies and got 2 large cups of ice! We eat... at SK all over. I really believe this store skimps on fruit. Really bad. Read more

I know my name sounds fake. It 100% is, but regardless. Any anonymous person with a report such as mine should be addressed. Me... and my Mom drove to a smoothie king on Friday. (Fridays, smoothie king has a free upsize deal). From the moment we got to themic- a rude woman came to the mic and extremely loudly, obnoxiously, and angrily said. ?Watchall want?. And we proceeded tocheckout to buy a 32oz almond mocha. Upon getting to the window. The worker, an African American woman with blue braids. Told us?card machines broke?. Which we asked and questioned as to why. And she said. ?App don?t work?. No manners, didn?t address uswith any sort of humanity. It was HORRIBLE service. So we asked for a manager. The manager seemed a little more comfortable andable with her people skills. A white slightly large woman with dark hair. And she started to make the same claims. The machinedoesn?t work with the app at the moment- etc etc. However, she started to quiet down upon the mention of the GIANT SIGN THATSAYS THE DEAL WAS AVAILABLE. This location is really sus. Idk if it's their thing but you can't buy in store(in app only) and they don't use the drive thru.... They leave your smoothie on the front counter unattended. I could've grabbed everyone's smoothie if I was an a theif. Just astrange practice. Smoothie is okay taste Read more

Horrible customer service. It seems that management does not address the concerns. It?s not that hard to teach the young men to... say ?hi, how can I help you? or to acknowledge when they give you your items. They are completely silent every time I go. I sayhi, thank you, have a good day and absolutely no words from them. Very sad to see such young men this miserable , hope it?sworth their pay checks. Read more

This place has terrible customer service. I will not come back. I would rather spend my money somewhere that will treat with... respect. I told the girl at the window thank you for my smoothie and she said "I know you are" and shut the window. Very lowenergy low quality customer service. They act as if they are mad that I am even buying something and that I am there. This makesme not want to drink the smoothie because they may have done something to it because of their despicable attitudes. Read more

I workout religiously 5-6 days a week M-Sat. Post workout I always grab a smoothie from a smoothie king nearest the gym I... decided to workout at on particular days. I am a US Army Disabled Veteran. With that being said I have been to many variouslocations. Each time I go I ask for a military discount and am granted that once I show my Veteran ID. I have never once beendenied it and at some locations that I frequent often the staff remembers me and gives it to me every time I go theirestablishment without having to show my ID anymore. However the first time I went to this particular location I walked in andordered. I was assisted by an employee named Erica C. She was very kind and helped me and gave me my military discount with noproblem. It was an extensive hold but I?m a patient person so I wasn?t bothered by the hold time. My issue was when I returnedto this location 2 days later and decided to go through the drive thru. That day the employee named Taymar was working the drivethru. When I pulled up to pay for my smoothie I asked to use my military discount and presented my Veteran ID as usual. He thenstated that I had to be in uniform to get the discount. I explained to him that I always get a military discount at any andevery smoothie king that I spend my money with. He argued me down about not giving me a discount. He stated that their districtmanager doesn?t offer the discounts to veterans and that you have to be in uniform. He gave me the discount anyway (with anattitude) so I asked him for the district managers FULL name. He repeatedly kept saying ?Mr. Armstrong? and refused to give theproper information. All I wanted to do was inquire about if that was the protocol for this location so I know not to spend mymoney there. The back and forth ended with him shutting the drive thru window in my face. This is my first time coming to this location because I was in the area, and this will definitely be my last. The energy in here... is super low. No welcome, it?s like they are having a bad day or something. I used to work in a smoothie shop and it?s notalways easy but the attitude you show for customer service and the energy you put into the smoothies should match. Very filling smoothie I got the 40 oz Hulk went through drive thu. The kids got the Lil Angel, they ran through them before we... got home. Not too long of a wait. Customer service was good and friendly prices fair. Happy with my purchase. Read more
