Today Saturday October 15, 2022 at 2:30 pm I was on this site and I had a bad experience because they took more than 30 minutes... to attend to me because the employees were talking with other clients about their personal life and other topics that were notof importance... they never cared about my presence or that of other customers... when they were finally able to attend to me, Ihad to interrupt the conversation between the employees and the customers in order to take my order in hand and leave the place... because at the pick-up airport they were still following the conversation and not letting the other customers take theirorder... Stephanie is the greatest employee this location will ever have. I try to only come once a week but knowing she?ll be working... makes that VERY difficult (resulting in frequent visits). She makes my morning every single time and my smoothie is ALWAYS readywhen I get there and tastes amazing. She truly is the best!!!! I buy a smoothie from this location at least 4-5 times a week. The smoothie?s are always delicious! The staff is always so... friendly and welcoming every time I go. The manager Stephanie is the sweetest person ever! She makes every customer feelspecial and she?s always so pleasant. I?ve gone to other Smoothie King?s but none compare to this location, they are thebest!!! The smoothie that I had this morning was absolutely amazing. Literally the best smoothie I?ve ever had. And the wonderful lady... in the drive thru was so sweet Mrs. Stephanie was it? She needs a raise! And whoever made my smoothie needs a raise too. Theseguys have excellent customer service. Me and my family where visiting Houston and decided to stop at this location while on the road? I must say It is one of the best... smoothie kings We have been too so far and the Manager I believe her name is Stephanie her and her team members are so happy andkind fast paced too she held a great conversation with us while working multitasking unbelievably and the smoothies wheredelicious great soother for the heat and we got our daily vitamins my kids loved the pineapple surf? we will definitelyrecommend this location to family and friends while on the road every time. They treated us like family not customers and itmade our day we all walked out of smoothie king laughing with joy. Read more
