Smoothie King is always delicious, and healthy, but this location excels. Wait times are very short even during busy hoirs. I... wanted something different than I normally get and so I asked the young lady what a good recommendation would be. Theyrecommended the Gladiator which not only had the nutritional value I wanted but was just as delicious as what I normally get.The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a new favorite thanks. Wish I could give 0 stars. Literally ordered a pineapple smoothie and it was delivered to me brown in color. I order the same... thing all the time. They refused to refund me and didn?t offer to remake it. I?m out of $15.00 for something I literally threwin the trash. If you are not willing to correct an issue to make your customer happy I will never go to this smoothie kingagain. The girl said she called the manager and I need to contact Uber Eats for my refund. Unbelievable! I went to Smoothie King on Friday the 17th in the evening and there was this girl that was very disrespectful. She... came out from back of the store on the phone and then made our drinks with ice chunks in it, so I told her about it and she tookour cups and instead of re doing it she added more water and fruits and slammed our drinks on the counter. I asked if she had aproblem and she said that is how she always is. I said you should work on that and then she proceeded to talk on her phone more.Isn't the policy you remake the drinks? Are you suppose to be on the phone while dealing with customers? She was an africanamerican girl so you know who I am talking about. She needs training again, and Brandon is the BEST one ever! First off I come here so many times during the week the manager knows the smoothie I want by heart. My reason for giving this... Smoothie King a one is because of the poor customer service of Shayla. I always get the impression that she doesn?t want to bethere and takes it out on the customers. She doesn?t speak to customers as they walk in and there?s no thank you for yourpurchase. Visited this store yesterday morning and got an immune builder no berries. The young man never asked for my rewards or telephone... number. I had to ask for a receipt upon leaving. Fast forward to today. I called and asked for the mgr and the guy was rude andshort asking me what my name is. I said I'm a customer and I need a mgr. Come to find out when he gave his name Tin he stated hewas the owner. I explained how the young man never asked for my rewards and his first response was yes he did! I asked him howwould he know if you wasn't there? He basically called me a liar saying people lie all the time in regards to receiving a free22oz on the next visit due to the employees not asking for rewards number. He wouldn't handle this situation and told me amanager would call me. I told him how rude he was and how I would be calling the corporate office and he said good call.
