Terrible experience. I went in with two small kids. I had a medical emergency while waiting for my smoothies and had to use the... bathroom. The first employee refused which fine I?ll hold it as much as I can. I asked for a manager and he was so rude andlacked empathy and customer service. He didn?t try to hear me out. When I asked for a different manager he refused. When I askedfor a card or the corporate number he threatened to call the cops on me for no reason!!! Just because I asked for the corporatenumber! I will never order online from this location again after speaking with a young man by the name of Demarcus about a order I... placed online that I wanted to cancel. The order was placed at 5:15 p.m and I called around 6:30 to cancel it. I was told thatthe order wasn?t in the system and they could not cancel it. I asked to speak with a manager and the young man hung up in myface. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Last month I went through the Drive Thru and ordered my favorite 32oz Vegan Pineapple Spinach with Sweet Strawberries. They... brought my drink which I paid for and I asked if I could have the remaining part from my Smoothie.. I was shocked when I wastold not only, "No, but that I paid for the 32oz and not what was left over in the blender." Now, I understand the technicalpart that I did receive what I paid for, yet, I was surprised at the response from the male that roared "NO!" He would ratherpour the remaining part down the sink. Businesses no longer value, Customer Satisfaction! I don't know if the male employee wasjust discourteous, stupid, ignorant unprofessional or just doen't care about Quality Service when serving a paying customer! Iused to enjoy the Drive Thru option at the Red Oak location. However, it's worth walking inside to receive #1 CustomerSatisfaction and my delicious drink! I was there Monday November 28, around 3:00 pm. I had never been to this location before and had trouble finding it because it's... on the back half of the corner building. (Not an issue, just letting people know.)There was no line. Cool. Trying to figure outwhat I wanted. The server repeated my order with an add on that I didn't ask for. I tried to clarify my order (there were twoberries smoothies) and he said they were basically the same. He seemed a bit rude. I've been in the industry and I understandhaving bad days, but never take it out on the guests. No excuse. So when I got up to the window I was trying to be extrafriendly to maybe lighten his day. No smile from him, but I did get dirty looks and the smoothy tasted like dirty. It was gross.And I had a weird feeling that maybe he wasn't trustworthy making food for people. Please speak to your staff or tell them tofind a job that they would enjoy more. People don't want to ingest anything given to them by a server who is giving them theevil eye.
