Just stayed in the drive through entirely too long when there was only 3 cars in front of me. I shall assume the people inside... were new on the job but the problem is after the long wait I leaned my head down to look inside to see what was going on andthey saw me looking and starting talking and I guess realized they hadn't made the drink and started making it. THEN the girlcomes to the window and says absolutely nothing to me. She just opened the window and handed it to me and closed the windowback......how rude. Now the second issue is the girl back there making my drink had these looooong braids in her hair that camereally close to getting inside the blender as she made my drink. Then she uses her hands to keep pulling them back. I'm notgoing to be able to go back there. They are not up on the hygeine aspect. Read more

I usually wait in the drive through for 30 minutes for 1 drink. I decided to go inside last night. 3 cars in the drive through... line, I ordered before all of them. The lady was making my smoothie & it was too thick she couldn't get in the cup. After about10 minutes & several tries she gave up on it & just left it in the blender. The other lady working had to fix it & give it tome. Cars in the drive through got their drinks before I did & I ordered first. ! This is the worst location ever. Also theyoung lady with braids had made her shirt into a crop top & put a rubber band on the back so unprofessional & ghetto. No namebadges & no hair caps. Read more
