Well I used to be happy to go to this place. I was the only one in drive through and the service was horrible so a smoothie was... sitting there staring at me, didn't know if it was mine and for 10 minutes I'm waiting with a child in the car having to shutmy vehicle off and nobody is giving me my smoothie.The emotionally uneducated manager approaches and literally is upset becauseI asked her "has that been sitting there this whole time" and she looks at me with disgust, walks off and waves her hand.. 3people working inside, figured instead of sitting another 10 mins let's go inside. She stomps towards me saying well you justdrove off. Clearly owners need to re-evaluate who they have managing their location. Feeling very disappointed ????. And Inoticed the cute ambulance guy sitting inside..possibly the reason the young ladies weren't able to keep up with an order of 1customer. AND I JUST READ THE OTHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS THEY AREN'T EXAGGERATING!! It's the manager that has ruined this location.Short staffed because I wouldn't want my teenager dealing with her either. There is one* employee whom has tattoos all over her body..which has cost this store my business and I will also contact the... cooperate office to file a complaint; she is very rude today my drink was also made by here and I am unable to drink theproduct. There?s a new juice bar in the area that only uses fresh fruit and vegetables. Stop by Hype Juicery for cold-pressed juices,... smoothies and açaí bowls. They are also adding vegan snacks. It?s a healthy option. Read more
I live 1 mile from this location and would rather drive 11 miles to the next location. Employees at this location really don't... seem to care. My drinks lately have been watery or no flavor at all, I do ask them to remake it & they get upset. They shut mostof the place down by 8 and make people think they are closed.
