I went to this smoothie king at around 8:53 on sunday, November 14th, 2021. Their website and doors claim that they close at... 9:00. However, their doors were locked and they refused to serve us. After practically begging them, they eventually let us in,stating that they could only make certain smoothies because they didnt want to clean up the mess. after we received oursmoothie, (which was horrible, as if they had no regard for the ingredient proportions), they then pushed us for a tip. The guyworking that night was perfectly fine, however, the lady that was working that night needs to be retrained. Mistakenly ordered from wrong location online and there?s a rough fight ahead for me to actually get my drink at a location near... me and not a random one on the highway. A few emails and a 7am missed call from the manager and I still can?t just simply get asmoothie from a location near me. At Starbucks u can just let them know of your mistake and they help you. Drove from the location on Katy Freeway bc their systems went down. Pulled up @9:53pm and the open sign was still lit up. I was... greeted and wasn't rushed even though it was close to closing time. 3 other patrons walked in and they were also greeted. Fastservice, clean building, and a friendly staff made it well worth the drive. Smoothie was great as per usual. Read more
Pineapple Surf! My daughter LOVES this! And this location is next door to Mod Pizza. What more could you ask for? No military... discount, but I would still come back for the delicious and healthy smoothies and the excellent customer service. Read more
