Are their drivers dyslexic???? I order a kid's meal, a burger, and normal fried under the name "Kristin". The order I received... was for a "Krystal" and she ordered a TURKEY BURGER, and GARLIC FRIES and nothing else!! I did not believe such a mistake waspossible! Not only was there a VERY obvious difference in order size but turkey isn't even the same kind of burger!!! I havenever underestimated the poor quality of a minimum wage worker until now! We arrived just 10 mins before 10pm; the closing time and the lady was super super welcoming & friendly. I 100% recommend this... restaurant! Plus the burger quality is better than the other fast food restaurants. Read more
This is my first experience at a Smashburger and while the taste of the food is great, I?m disappointed that my large Smash... fries were barely half-filled. I?ve been looking for a great burger spot close to home and was hoping Smashburger was it. Ithink this was just an oversight, however if this is what I can expect in future orders I think I?ll have to keeplooking. Update: Smashburger was kind enough to remake my order when I revisited at no extra cost to me. I was met with verykind service, the food was delicious, and the fries were filled. This was hands down one of the worst brisket burgers I've ever had. The brisket was chewy and hard with not much flavor at all.... The burger was super hot as well... so hot to where it was hard to taste the barbecue sauce . The only saving grace was the thetexture of the double patty meat itself. The Pattie's had a decent amount of flavor and a nice soft crumbly texture to them. Ithink if I ordered another burger (without the brisket) it would be more like a 3/5. But ye I wouldn't recommend this restauranttbh. Houston has a lot of other better burger places like shake shack. Read more
Came by to the Yale location today 02/23/22 for the 1st time and it was an excellent experience. First off it was very clean... inside and everything was in order. The service from the young lady at the register was excellent and the ordering was very easybut I had a difficult time tryin to chose from their delicious menu. I got the dbl bacon brisket cheese burger regular fries andsmash tots and I must say it was made to perfection and it was a home run in my tummy. I highly recommend this location fortheir great service friendly staff and delicious food that is well made. Read more
I ordered the Spicy Baja with Guac burger with Smashtots. First time ordering that burger. It was pretty good. They are very... light could have had another one. Used up my fry reward. Good place not very busy that night. Read more
This was my first time to this location and the smash burger itself was good I will give it that. The only issues I had was the... smash fries I received were drenched in olive oil and the soda machine coke, Dr. Pepper and orange soda were all sweet and warmso I had to switch to the bottle soda. The facility was clean and the staff were nice and again the burger was good. I wouldn'tmind visiting another smash burger location later in the future. Read more
Giving this location a 3, the burger was good, the staff however was struggling with awful communication, and the lady calling... out the orders was just rude, no real way of sugar coating it. Not to mention it took 20 min just to get my food, with only onegentleman waiting before be. I'll be back, but not during dinner just avoid that shift. Read more
