I was here yesterday. I ordered something and tried to pay with my credit card. The lady said it's expired. Then she got help... from another lady that said the same thing. She gave me my card and grabbed what I ordered as if I was going to take it. Thiswill be my last time coming to this location. My go to will be on South post oak from Now on. I went to this location it?s close to where I live. I went in and ordered what I wanted. I used my credit card to pay. The... ladies were like it?s expired. They don?t know what they are doing in there at all. I walked out with nothing. I went to thelocation on South post oak. Went in and got what I wanted using my card. The only thing I get from Shipleys are the kolaches. They are so delicious and always fresh. The lady at the front was very... stressed I?m guessing because it was very busy. I ordered two chocolate iced donuts, two strawberry iced donuts with sprinkles, and two chocolate milks. The lady repeated my... order back to me and still messed up my order which I didn't notice until I got home. She gave me sprinkles on the chocolateiced donuts (which I did not want and I did not ask for) and on the strawberry iced donuts. This was probably an innocentmistake, but I couldn't enjoy the donuts because of the sprinkles. Read more
