I called 3 times to place an order and they kept pretending not to hear me talk and hung up on me each time....terrible service
Horrible!! Must Read!! Last week i stopped by and my Kolaches were cold and cheese looked old. That is not the bad Part. After... going here i had a purchase made on my card that was not mine. And the only place i can think of my card info being taken fromis Here. Because it had been 3 weeks since i had used my card. And i only used it here and did not use it anywhere elseafter. For this same reason i try and not use my Debit card much, luckily i got a notification and sale was declined. Thepurchase they were trying to make is from ?Fashionova?. That is what the description read. Eitherway, it was a horrendousexperience. I would never go back to this place. And would doubt going to any other shipleys. I?m not afraid to say what a horrible experience it has been. Very unprofessional and very dishonest to their word. The store... sign literally says from 5 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. I came in around 6:45 PM, and the lady was already putting up materials,closing shop. I knocked on the door, because I still had an hour and 15 minutes. She said no and return to work, ignoring mecompletely. I pointed to the 8 PM sign and she ignored me. I don?t know what?s going on with the store, and I don?t know ifhours have changed. But it needs to be updated on the sign, not just online. You are throwing people off with what times you areopen. As for your employee, please get rid of her for her unprofessional attitude. The least she could?ve done is give anexplanation across the window about any updates (no need to open the door). Read more

Ordered a medium coffee and got it in a small cup :-( ordered a kolache that was pretty delicious:-) and cinnamon roll which was... really good, but I also ordered an orange juice and did not receive it, but I paid for it. So I did not want to be rude ordisrespectful, so I just allowed the girl to think I was stupid, and let her get away with the theft. Maybe she is desperate. Iprobably won?t never come to Shipley donuts again. So much for that first impression. Read more

Coffe tastes like tap water and they charge $3.50 for a medium size coffe no good
