My Honest Review: Staying in the area over the weekend, and decided to give them a try, also. The customer service was... interesting: As this was my first time at Shipley's, I needed to look at the inventory. The lady seemed as if I were a bother toher. It was very obvious that she wanted me to rush through my decision. I chose an Apple ???? Fritter and a Glazed Donut. I wasnot given the chance to order anything else because she immediately went to the register to close my order. The Fritter wasmixed equation, the outer casting was good, but the Apple filling left much to be desired. The donut ???? was ok. I cannot saythat I've found my Texas donut shop yet. Read more

Great service, nice warm glazed donuts. Shipley still has the best donuts from a chain anywhere in the U.S. I just wish they... would make better kolaches. Read more
No matter what time the plain glazed donuts are always fresh!
Workers were not wearing gloves while making the donuts, and was touching everything from door handles to dirty towels.
I ordered half a dozen filled donuts. I ate over half the donut before I got to any filling. This isn?t like Shipley?s.
I know this location is new but I kept trying to give my entire order and the woman in the drive thru kept running to grab each... individual type instead of waiting to hear the rest. I had to ask 3 times to get 2 maple donuts and still only ended up with 1and who knows if I was charged for 2. Kids got cinnamon rolls that were uncooked in the middle. Sad because I was lookingforward to this location opening up but I guess I'll need to wait for them to work out their kinks before trying again. Read more
Best Cinnamon Twist donuts and apple fritters! Kolaches are very good as well!
