Great service! I got 2 dozen for my daughter soccer team and I asked the lady to please place the donuts laying flat so they... were not all messy and she did!! It seems simple but other locations wouldn?t do it and if they put them on the side it getsvery messy. I am giving a 4 ??, because I did notice their price was higher than other locations. Read more

SAVE YOUR SELF A BAD EXPERIECE BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I work near by & this place is usually closed. And when it's open the... lady at front is the rudest if you are NOT a man. She won't even aknowledge you until you ask her for something & when she doeshelp she is beyond rude & makes faces at customers & not to mention that everytime she over charges me. I often have toquestionned her about the prices. Kolaches are also always cold and she won't even heat the up, she will tell you to do ityourself as they have a microwave outside in the lobby. Came here and their not even open at 10am on a Saturday when it says their open.

Donuts we purchased at 7 am on a Sunday were not fresh at all. They were at least a day old probably 2 because this place didn?t... seem busy at all. They were hard and stale. My kids wouldn?t even it eat them. I hate wasting money so I took a few bites, theinside which is usually white and moist had become hard and soaked in old brown what appears to be cooking oil. First time here. Too many wrongs to list. I went in to place a breakfast order????that did not go well before i Placed an order.... I always ? look around to make sure it's clean etc. The lady who was avail to take my order was pounding her hand on the tablewhile a elderly gentlemen gave me a compliment while he was loose his cup for refill. We had ordered 26 dozen donuts from another business, not Shipleys, for marketing. When we showed up this morning for the 26... dozen, they failed to call and let us know that their machine broke and they couldn't fulfill our order! After many dead ends,we arrived at this Shipley's location. The owner, David, was there and SAVED THE DAY! I cannot tell you how AMAZING and HELPFULhe was, not to mention his impeccable customer service skills. It organized multiple locations to make these 26 dozen donutshappen for us. The cashier was very rude. I come here at least once a week because it's on my way to work. Today I forgot to bring cash and... they absolutely refuse to take my credit card because it was under $5. Well, congratulations you just lost a customer. Read more
