My favorite doughnuts but customer service & experience is lacking at this location.
This Shipley's is a further from my house but I don't mind traveling the extra distance because they have the best apple fritter... in any Shipley's. Service is fast and friendly. Coffee is always fresh. Read more

Shipley is always 5 stars. Especially since a history Shipley right next to me just closed - this is now my 'home' Shipley, and... I no longer take Shipley for granted. Fresh, hot donuts all the hours they're open, you can't go wrong with a Shipley. Though weall went wrong when we allowed the Richmond one to close. Now, it's a vegan sit-down restaurant or some sh*t, it'sdeplorable. This one is still around, though. Patronize them, lest we cede more locations. Read more

If you get your donuts early in the morning they're GREAT. BUT, just like any other donut shop, they stop making fresh donuts at... around 2pm. I went to check it out to see if they had just regular ol' HOT GLAZED : NO!!! ALSO: If you are in a hurry DO NOT GOTHROUGH, the Drive-Thru. Lousy customer service. They serve cold donuts and donut holes. They put cold milk inside bag with bags of warm kolaches. Geez... it's not that difficult to provide good service. Read more
