The lady who helped me was amazing! The donuts and kolaches were hot and fresh.
I go through the drive through and order donut holes, heated and they tell me they have a microwave inside. They are too lazy to... microwave my order for 10 seconds. I am waiting on a knee replacement and it is difficult for me to get around which is why I gothrough the drive through and if they can't heat my order for 10 seconds then put a microwave outside. Will never order from them again I used DOORDASH I?m allergic to coconut and I ordered GLAZED DONUTS the receipt clearly says... GLAZED DONUTS YET THEY SEND THESE NASTY DONUTS INSTEAD When I called the store the lady answered the phone and then hung up inmy face!!!! Read more
Great service!! I asked for a few fresh glazed and the server said "can you wait just a minute?" I waited a couple of minutes... until the fresh donuts were done and she brought then right out of the glaze for me. So good!!! Read more
I had the worst experience at shipleys today ! Where in the policy an procedure does it says I have to get out of my vehicle to... warm up donuts that are freshly made ?I asked for the corporate number the girl on the 2:00 o?clock shift said ?you need to findit? like what??
