Never been to one before so it was quit the experience. The girls in front had great energy and were very helpful. I?ve never... tried Klosache till today, Ham nncheese - quite tasty. The apple fritter was so good and so big. Nice little place with seatingas well as drive thru. Open 7 days a week and you can begin your sugar rush at 5 am. Read more

Went to the drive-thru because the inside was closed.Order the 1 dozen mixed Donuts.Luckily I checked the order before I left... the window and it was not what I asked. Only 2 of the 12 were correct. Waited about 10 minutes for the employee to return to thewindow. Her response to the problem was we are out of the ones you wanted. She didn't tell me that when she handed me thedoughnuts. The donuts are okay. I?m not exaggerating when I say that the lady that is here in the afternoons is the absolute worst employee... I?ve ever seen at a Shipleys. I understand that people have bad days and things happen, but for this woman to be in the worstmood on a consistent basis is just the worst. I avoid this Shipleys so that I don?t have to deal with her sorry a** attitude. Ifyou don?t want to work, just go home and stop trying to make everyone else miserable. Donut isn't fresh. Staff who wearing glasses is awful. We changed our order to buy 3 more donut. I suppose that makes the staff... angry... Her attitude is passive aggressive. You should respect your customer. Read more

The Hispanic lady that helped me was not helpful and I barely understood what she was asking. So when she handed me the box I... asked for a bag and she seemed disturbed so I just got one that was laying on the counter and said don?t worry about it. Worseexperienced ever!
