Went to Shipley tonight to get donuts and the person taking our order got the order wrong. When this was brought to her... attention she told us to ?just take what we already had.? We had already paid and just wanted to get the order correct. Shefinally gave us the correct order and threw the bag. Horrible customer service! Definitely not recommending this location. Read more
This location does not have real bakers in the back. The donuts were of store bought quality and the coffee station was dirty... and sloppy. I was very disappointed because I thought all Shipley's would be of same quality but I was very very wrong. Thedonut twist at this location are half the size and thickness of the Bingle location. Friendly service. Extremely quick. I came in at 7:30am and ordered 5 dozen donuts and was out by 7:35am. This was a Thursday... morning to give anyone context. Overall, pretty good prices - less than $9 for a dozen glaze donuts. I definitely recommend thislocation. The parking lot is not very smooth and is tiny as it butts up against the Jack in the Box on ther west side of thebuilding. However on the other side next to LA Fitness is a very large parking lot. They do have outdoor sitting but I do notsit down. Il definitely be back to this location. Read more
Nice young lady was very helpful. I forgot my card but was able to place and order and pay through DoorDash. The place was not... too busy at 9am but still busy enough that you knew the kolaches/donuts were on point. I'd worry if it was empty cuz then thatmeans the food must not be up to par. I'd imagine there a lot busier earlier in the AM before 8. Swing by donuts and kolachesare made fresh and handed over warm. Read more
