I went to this Shell to use the ATM machine and purchase some things but to my surprise the doors were locked at 6:00 but as I... was waiting for the attendant I saw two Hispanic gentlemen and both attendants walking from the back of the store laughing andsmiling and they never acknowledged that I was even standing out in the hot sun. The police assisted my husband by having a wrecker truck tow him off the freeway before the ship channel. Thank God because my... husband was on his way to work - working night shift. This is why my husband ended up at this location.My husband noticed thatthe transmission fluid he had just purchased (at this location ) had leaked out after he had purchased gas(at this location) aswell. He looked under the hood and noticed the hose had unhooked. He rigged the hose to stay on and purchased more fluid.(Again-at this location) The clerk in the store then demanded he move his truck because of the spilt fluid! That isunbelievable!! That is beyond poor business!!! I would like to talk with the owner. I want to ask why it?s okay to acceptpeople?s money but not actually care about the people?! Shame on you! Read more
