Ordered from them for the first time tonight. Impulse order that I'm glad occured. Ordered at 9:00pm and they close at 10:00pm.... Order arrived before the estimated time frame. Food was packaged perfectly and sealed inside very nice and sturdy paper bags.The food was pippin hot and absolutely delicious! The Singapore chow mein and house special lo mein were some of the best I'veever had. I also ordered the jalapeno chicken just out of curiosity and I'm glad I did. I had the beef lo mein, the General Tso's chicken and received a free egg roll with my online order. Delivery was fast and my... order arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The quality Seems to be declining. Like not getting the chili oil sauce with dumplings, even after specifically asking for it,... and getting white rice instead of fried rice and being charged an extra dollar for it, And then, more white rice than entree.The portions really have shrunk. Ordered for my family and my daughter's friends. We ordered beef fried rice, egg rolls, orange chicken, lemon chicken, special... house low mein and got General Tso's chicken FOR FREE!! Updated review!! This is not Shanghai Inn of the past! New owner should?ve change the name. Served food on FILTHY, CRUSTY... dishes!! So I?m eating my soup, and the waitress brings me my plate for lunch. I reach over and grab the plate to slide it overin front of me. As I moved the dish I could feel this hard and crusty surface along the top edge of the plate. There?sabsolutely no way that the waitress who brought the plate or the person who served the food onto the plate could not havenoticed that the plate was filthy dirty. So naturally I kind of freaked out. So both of these employees were either both blindand lost their second sense of touch, because even when I pointed it out to the waitress she refused to touch the plate! Shewanted to know if I would like them to remake the food and put it on a clean plate, now? Are you serious? They obviously knewthe plates were dirty.
