It was my first time there and everything was awesome. I like the lady at the cash register, she was nice and the fiesta... chicken, I added bacon, was bustin' (it was awesome ????). Although the guy at the front was nice and kind enough to give me extra dressing. It was pointless!! I got a southwest salad... with chicken, however there was NO CHICKEN! The salad was old and disgusting. Tasted like I was eating a mouthful of grass. Willnever go back. So disappointed because I had high hopes. Read more
Comparable to a sub but smaller. Tried the Flatbread chicken and avocado pizza this time. Would have given 5 stars if the... cashier had not been wearing earbuds, and needed everything repeated to him. Read more
This is an updated review. I had a not so great experience prior and submitted a review. Management reached out to me,... apologized for my experience, and offered to replace my order. I didn?t expect them to care nor respond, but they did. Today Ireturned, and the cinnamon roll was warm, sticky, gooey, sweet, and fresh. They were not hard nor dry. The woman at the counterthis morning was warm, friendly, and personable. This is a business that cares about the experience of their customers. Theresponse to my issue far surpassed my expectation. Everytime I go here the staff is so friendly. Its always clean here too eventhough the neighborhood is a bit sketch. I'm not a... fan of the sandwiches but the southwestern salad is my go to lunch meal here. Ther soups are good too. Read more
Loved the cleanliness of the place, great customer service. Really good food and They have Cinnabons. Went to hang out with some... friends and the ambiance is really chill and inviting. Got to meet Gerardo - Owner - He approached us and asked us if we need itsomething else and was very amicable and interested on our feedback. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu. Edited from 2 to 3 stars after owner response. I ordered a pepperoni and chicken pizza. They have been great pizzas, cooked... quick, a dozen times prior. Today it took a long time so I asked to have it boxed since my coworkers were finished eating. 10minutes later it came out and I went back to work. It did not have the chicken that I paid extra for. VERY disappointing visit.I deleted my previous review and averaged the stars back down to 2. Also, the drink machine (computerized type) was havingissues today. Read more
My husband had a horrible experience here on November 18th 2022. He has an allergy against sesame seeds and while ordering he... told the employee that he has an allergy and for her to make sure the sandwich he was ordering did not have any. Once he leavesand opens up his sandwich it is full of sesame seeds. So he had to go all the way back and ask them to rectify their mistake. Hewas met with animosity and just bad customer service. When he asked for extra cheese on a second sandwich he had ordered andpaid for, the employees made a huge deal out of charging him for that.
