Absolutely terrible. I ordered two turkey bacon clubs, one all the way. That one came out fine. But my second was ?meat and... cheese only.? When I said that, I was asked ?you mean you don?t want bacon?? Um. Bacon is meat. I said yes I want bacon, noveggies or sauce. When I got my sandwich I didn?t have time to check in store before getting back to work. Guess what I found?No bacon. And my sandwich was full of onions, which I?m allergic to so I can?t even eat it. Should call it a SchLESSky's De'Lie. Never again, this location. Pay a lot, get even less. On a larger sandwich, looked like... they just took the quantity from the smaller sandwich and spread it around thinner on a bigger bun. So what I got was a lot ofbread, very little meat, and almost no vegetables. Also, the order was wrong. I asked for a couple of very simplecustomizations, they forgot. I?m pretty grossed out. It was my first time trying Schlotzky?s. I ordered online and sat in the store to eat my food. As I was... eating, I found a hair in my food! Yuck! I was completely disgusted and went to the ladies working, showed them the hair andasked for a refund. They did not refund my meal and simply said that I have to request it online. My experience was bad. I ordered a turkey cobb salad and I was missing a lot of ingredients. I just got lettuce and a little bit... of avocado and turkey. I was missing the eggs, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. 10 dollars for just lettuce smh Read more

Highly recommended, I have been very well attended at this location, Edgar, Mrs. Judith and Jonathan, they know how I like my... salad and they have it ready. The service they offer me is wonderful.
