What a TERRIBLE experience! We came in 20 minutes before the dining room closed and immediately told the dining room is about to... close. Tried to order quickly and the order taker didn?t have a clue what she was doing. I repeated mine and my daughters orderst least 5 times and should STILL got it all wrong. Simply wanted a Turkey sandwich with Mayo cheddar and lettuce. Totallywrong? it had everything on it. My husbands was also wrong but they were simple orders! I took 10 mins for her to take 4 ordersand still get it all wrong! If you are going to charge these prices at least hire people who can take an order. Read more
?gross food and ghetto staff? should be this location?s motto. every time we come to this location (the 1960 champions location... closed permanently), there?s ALWAYS an issue. let me first start off by saying idk what the dress code is for staff here but idon?t think it?s 2? shorts and super tight t-shirts. when girls started walking from the back to the eating area yelling andjoking around, i thought they were random people/customers. completely unprofessional. i ordered 4 sandwiches and good thing ichecked my food before i left bc i only had 3 sandwiches in my bag. when my boyfriend went back in, he respectfully told a girlthat it appeared they forgot our turkey bacon club. idk the girl?s name but she?s around 5?3, really slim, and she?s got a rosetattoo behind her right upper arm. she took our order originally & was the ONLY nice person WILLING to correct any issue. therewere 2 loud mouthed white girls in the back who kept making loud & unnecessary comments; so my boyfriend then offered toretrieve the food bags from our vehicle to prove that one of our sandwiches were actually missing. the lady with the rose tattoowas trying to diffuse the situation and offered to make our sandwich herself. when i got home, we saw that my sandwich wascompletely wrong? also, our bread was ?toasted? but it (and the rest of the sandwich) was ice cold? My mom and I stopped in yesterday for lunch. We ordered the chicken Fiesta sandwich which was delicious, the French onion dip... sandwich, also delicious, and 4 cheese pizza. The cashier was beyond friendly, top notch customer service. Place was clean.Bathroom was spotless Read more
never had a schlotzskys disappoint me this entirely before. sandwich was fine, passable. pizza was raw sourdough. it just was... not right man, they don?t know how to make sourdough. gonna have serious trust issues with other locations from now on, you?veruined the name of schlotzskys. i know it sounds nuts but i just paid premium dolla for some super boof dough. two stars. Where do i begin. Waited 20 minutes for our order only to find out it got mixed up our order with someone elses order. The woman... claimed to have called our number, which never happened. Never bothered to check in on us and was too busy with other customersthat came after us. We were in a rush and gave ourselves plenty of time, which they wasted. Read more
I ordered the 24.99 meal deal after 4 pm and was charged double. When I talked to the store, they said they would refund the... purchase. This was on 6/24. I waited a week and I never saw a credit. I contacted corporate, they said give us three days. Fourdays later, I reach back out. They said they would pass it to the store since it is a franchise. This was over a week ago andstill no response. I use to place catering orders through this location but, never again will this location get a dime out ofme. Also, they have the workers kids in this location working in the back that are around 10-14. Most definitely against laborlaws. Read more
This is now my favorite Schlotzsky's. They are open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.. Most locations have hours... that would make a banker blush. The food and service were at least as good as any other Schlotzsky's I've ever found. Thedining room was large, attractive, and clean, yes, clean. The restroom was clean and they had a small temporary soap dispenseron the lavatory. Unfortunately they were out of paper towels and had no dryer, so I couldn't give them 5 stars ... thistime. They have a large outdoor dining area on the east side of the building so it's actually comfortable by late afternoon orearly evening. They have a drive-up window with a rain covered speaker that actually works and a menu that you can actually seeand read. Even well-marked handicap ramps on both sidewalks. Wow, now this really is a Schlotzsky's, ... the way they shouldbe. Read more
