Reviews for Schlotzsky's in Houston, TX
Always fresh and delicious. I only get the Original but still , always great... Update.... - Food was great as usual, but the... woman taking orders through the drive-thru needs to maybe be trained better or find work away from the public. Absolutely couldnot understand a word she said. I had to show a picture on my phone of what I wanted (Simply an Original sandwich, no drink, nothing else). When I tried to redeem a reward thru the app she laughed and said something resembling "we don't do that here".Yet, by some miracle I was able to use the reward.... strange. Well, reducing from 5 stars to 3 due to the poortraining/placement of this employee. You can do better Schlotzsky's.... Read more

As a first time customer of schlotzsky's this place needs to be either sued or the owner needs to be checked heavily. This... "medium bacon and beef" sandwich looks nothing like the pictures displayed, let alone the actual weight or meat on the sandwich.I get inflation is high but don't lie. First rule of business. I won't be returning here. I really thought I found a substitutefor beach hut deli. If you like beef sandwiches just go to Arby's. Read more
My wife saw the Cinnabon sign and made a beeline here. Growing up in Chicago, she loved Cinnabon. Clearly, she's missing it as... we headed straight in and she proceeded to order 9 cinnamon buns. The place was empty when we came in. It was very clean andthe counter was neatly organized. The lady helping us was friendly and seem to enjoy her job. She was very helpful and actuallygave us updates as we waited for the fresh cinnamon buns. She even told my wife to warm it up for 10-15 seconds in the microwaveif we eat it later and they have cooled down. We enjoyed the service and more importantly, those cinnamon buns were deliciousand just the way my wife remembered them to be. Read more

Super tasty Deli + more at a semi-premium price for a reason: ingredients that make the difference! In my small home town... (Sahuarita, AZ), Schlotzky's opened their doors and I opened my mouth to a favored kids pizza every month. Last week, I washappily surprised to find that this old Sugar Land, TX location served up the same, childhood memory tastes that I loved somuch! Of course, such quality and consistency comes at a price, so be prepared to dish out 20% more than comparable for these"gourmet" dishes. It's not the best place for a bite, but it is fast, deli-cious and comparably healthy. They have a drive-thruas well, with a large dessert (Cinnabon?!) menu. Another location caters my company lunches on occasion, and I will say that Iwas, again, pleasantly surprised at the freshness and quality their box lunches provided. If they could get their prices down, this would be a much more appealing choice for cheapo taste. However, I know that getting prices down will come with the risk ofmessing with nostalgic perfection. I wanted to try the cinnabon items since the mall is a while away. I also tried their chocolate cookie and it was so tasty. The... avocado turkey salad was a let down not really good for $10 plus the red wine sauce does not make it better. Read more
