Absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I both tried the drunken noodles and the dumplings. The dumplings were good and the... drunken noodles were amazing. We got our spice level at 5 (my boyfriend who is okay with spice but doesn\'t love spicy things, thought it was slightly spicier than he would have liked. He recommends a 3. Me on the other hand, who loves spice, didn\'tthink it was spicy enough and would recommend a 7 at least. I got extra peppers on the side and ended up adding them all.)\nTheowner was really nice and very personable.\nThe restraunt itself has a cute modern black and white style to it but also feelsvery welcoming.\nI absolutely recommend this place! Even if it is not on your path, it is worth taking the deture! It has greatfood and great service!\n(There were two more dumplings than in the picture but we ate them before I took a photo) Read more

Welcomed by a very pleasant and upbeat owner serving 4 to 5 tables. Without missing a beat I was seated and presented with a... limited menu? I wanted everything on it! I played it safe and ordered the Thai Chicken Basil and Sausage with Sticky Rice. Themeal was quickly prepared and delicious. Generous servings in pleasant atmosphere. I am sold and plan on coming back soon -Perhaps this week. Read more

We came during lunch. This place was really busy even though it?s a fairly small restaurant with about 8 tables. The employees... were hustling the whole time to clean and turn tables. The boat noodle soup was delicious. The drunken noodles were ok. Thebeef wasn?t very tender and the noodles were very broken. It was hard to pick up most of that dish with chopsticks. The ownerwas very friendly, attentive and engaging. Will come back to try other dishes. Read more

LOVE IT! Great first experience. Looking forward to coming back here and trying more dishes. I had the Boat soup which took... the owner 7 years to create. Very very good. The Thai Red Curry was excellent. I recommend the Drunken Noodles as well. Don\'tforget to the the mango rice dessert. Really great food and awesome service. Read more

Small homey thao/Laotian eatery that opened about 7 months ago. The staff is very patient and helpful with answering questions.... Apparently the chef is Thai/Laotian and wanted to pay homage to her roots. The location is far from the heart of Houston, butthe food is worth the drive. Got the Laotian sausage and chicken and veggie dumplings for appetizers and the chicken noodlesoup, Thai basil chicken, drunken noodles, and red curry for main dishes. Everything had so much flavor and this was definitelya good serving size for 5 people. My favorite dishes were the dumplings, drunken noodles, and the red curry. The red curry wassooo good with good size chunks of eggplant and chicken. We got medium spice for everything which was a little strong, so Iwould get the noodles mild next time. The chicken noodle soup tastes like a hearty soup that would be perfect for cold weatheror if someone was sick. The other reviews raved about the boat noodles which I would love to come back and try sometime! Read more
