I visit Saltgrass quite often, first time here in Downtown, and most likely the last. Bread was HARD as a rock, and both the... menus had grease inside, server brought another one and also was dirty. Food was very good, no complaints there, but ourservice could have been better. Read more

I stopped here for a late dinner out of desperation. No other restaurants in my price range were in walking distance of my hotel... (I'm not a fan of delivered food and the cost of ride sharing makes meals expensive). I was pleasantly surprised at the menuselection, pricing, and the quality of the food. The ribs were just as advertised, tender enough to fall off the bones. Thesweet potato fries were the best I've had at a restaurant. Definitely give it a try if you're at or near the George BrownConvention Center. Read more

Great food friendly service. It was an extremely busy afternoon with the Rotary convention in town despite the large crowd the... staff did a phenomenal job accommodating customers. Management was great at expressing sincere appreciation for patience as theyworked alongside staff in the restaurant to keep things moving. Arrived when the restaurant first opened and was told a 5 minute wait. 30 minutes later I went back and was told 5 more minutes.... 20 minutes later we were seated. 15 minutes after we were seated we had someone check on us. We were at a convention and in ahurry so we ordered. We got our soup twice and drinks came at the end of the meal. The food was inedible (and we only orderedappetizers) and ended up being comped. Our waitress tried but she is the only one that seemed to care. I would NEVER return. Ilost 2 hours on lunch and both myself and my assistant left hungry. There was even a questionable item in the cheese dip that noone really had an answer for....don't do it! Save the money. Also no working soap dispenser in the bathroom...the only soapthere required you pick up a nasty bottle and pour it on your hands for use. ???? Read more

I love salt grass! But when they don’t have any bread… they get a star taken away from them. The waitress was fast and... friendly. The drinks can use an extra shot or two of liquor. Read more
