Not my typical experience with Salt Grass. Hard for me to give this place a bad rating. Atmosphere was great, smaller than most... locations but a nice vibe. Service was really good. However, it is a steakhouse. Ordered a steak Medium Rare. Came out welldone, told the manager and he didn?t even discount the meal. Can?t give a good rating if when the steak wasn?t even cooked totemp. That said, I love Salt Grass in general. One of my favorite chains. Just a bad night I suppose. Read more
The service was fast and friendly. The steak was a little more bland than what I expected but it was still good. The chicken... breast was moist and flavorful. The drinks are good. Of course the main negative aspect of this location is it's small size. Soseating during peak hours is an issue. Read more
We had dinner on a Thursday, the restaurant was busy, but a table was available as we walked in. Our food was hot, our steaks... were made as we requested, and the service was great. We did have a little issue, but it was fixed without it being a hugeproblem. Our family's first visit at the chain and we were pleased. Read more
We walked in and were greeted immediately. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Our bartender made some jokes about... another place around here with me because their drinks are weak ???????? but Salt grass Margarita is top notch????. We placedour order, easy menu and came before the lunch time ended so we took advantage of that as well. The bartender Juan is handsomeand attentive. Thank you for a good experience while we stopped in town. The other staff members came up to me asking if Ineeded to go box and anything thing else I might need..Talk about FAST SERVICE. I appreciated that ???? team work makes thedream work and leaves customers happy as hell. I wish I could've gotten a picture but I was hungry and drove right in to myfood haha but everything was presented well, no doubt. Low quality picture but high quality food. I couldn?t find any good photo because I was too busy to finish all these tasty food.... I?m not the fan of American food but have to say it was amazing. The steak cooked just right, the french fries so crunchy, andthe service so nice. Definitely bring my family next time! Read more
We have eaten in multiple Saltgrass Steak Houses and this one didn't disappoint as all of them hold a pretty high standard. Our... waiter, I believe Amon or Amond, was awesome with a great attitude and personality with our 6 top. Plenty of bread and butterwas served and the Sweet Tea was actually plenty sweet. A few had the chopped sirloin topped with mushrooms and backed sweetpotato while another had Chicken Fried Steak as I had the 8oz Top Sirloin med rare that actually tasted as amazing as a FiletMignon! We eat a LOT of steaks from all over, with some of the best places in Dallas and I was blown away how well and tastythis steak was seasoned along with the herb butter on top. My baked potato was also cooked perfectly with plenty of butter andcheese. Parking here was sort of confusing and tight, esp at night, since it had just a very small area by the front but afterleaving, found out there is plenty of parking across the street which even had a security vehicle surveilling the lot. We highlyrecommend going to this one as it was also cool and different to walk through the busy kitchen for our table in the back roomwith large tables. Read more
We have not had bad service as of yet, but this was the best service we've ever had. The portions were perfect for the price and... steaming hot. We ordered the New York strip well-done (it's the most tender and juicy way we've ever received). The ribs arefall off the bone delicious. Loaded baked potato and house salad so fresh! Read more
I went to Saltgrass on Shepherd and I10. We had the absolute best waitress her name is Bre. I ordered the bacon mac and cheese... burger with sweet potatoes fries. I had the mac on the side because I didn't know if I would like it on my burger. But needlessto say it was delicious. So if you ever go to that Saltgrass ask to sit in Bre area you want be disappointed and you can thankme later. Read more
