Normally I love Salata and order a salad for pick up using the app 2-3 times a week. Today I went in to get my order and it... wasn?t there. They confirmed they received my order and made it, but said someone else must have taken it. Their only solutionwas for me to order another salad and pay again. I typically visit this location because I work close by and I typically get a salad or a wrap after work on this particular day... August 10th a little bit before 7:00 p.m. I made an online order I don't know who was working that day but they were completelylazy when making my order and totally got my order wrong! Half of the things that I ordered weren't even in my salad and what Idid order there was hardly anything in my salad! It looked like there was only spinach and kale and NO toppings! I normally go to the one on West Gray but since this one was closer I decided to try it. That was my mistake. I got the big... salad I asked for double chipotle chicken which I pay extra for she barely put any on my salad. Everything that I asked her toadd she was adding small portions of it. I normally pay 20 plus for a salad. I always get the big one and it last me 2 days.The salad that I got from there I ate in one setting which is sad because it was a big salad. First time being back at a Salata in almost 5 years and very happy it's right by my job. I ordered the wrap with salmon and all... the fixings. It was very delicious. The onlyyyy thing I would suggest to this Salata is to make sure their staff stays friendly.I hadn't ordered here in years so had to be re-acquainted with the fixings and what I wanted to put in it and they all looked atme like I was crazy and kind of an inconvenience for having to look over the ingredients. Even when I got to the front and theyasked if I wanted pita chips or croutons, I didn't know that you could get a little piece of bread and when I asked to switch itout they just kind of looked at me crazy again lol. But besides that, they were courteous. And the food was good enough for meto visit again. Read more
We love eating here; fresh delicious healthy food, endless choices, squeaky clean environment, efficient staff. It is no wonder;... the manager is on site and actively involved running the restaurant whether is is cleaning counters, helping customers withtake-out orders or mopping the floor; all while wearing a white dress shirt. I was so happy to see a brand new salata open less than a mile from my home. This is certainly a go-to place to get a big... beautiful salad with fresh greens cleaned perfectly and my favorite a grilled salmon fillet right on top yum. Read more
If I could give no stars I would! WORST Salata I've ever been to!! the manager has no lack of respect for her customers!... Employees on line are only doing their job , but manger fails to show customer service. Food is all out of wack, they need tocheck temperatures ! I could have gotten food poisoning!
