I went to Salata after not eating all day bc my son was in surgery. I stopped right after leaving Texas Children's Hospital with... my son. Craving a salad, I excitedly went in only to be completely let down not by the food but by the "manager" Helen. I putthat in quotes bc if she was really the manager, I can not believe she would have done what she did to me. I went to pay with acoupon with no expiration dates listed; however, it did not list that particular location. So she refused to accept my coupon. Ithen asked if she would rather throw this salad away than honor my coupon? Her response was ?yes?, and of course, I did notreceive any type of apology. So Helen would rather waste food and money for her location bc my coupon was not going to cover itall. I would still have had to pay the remaining balance. It is just sad bc this is the complete opposite of good customerservice. Oh, and she was training a new employee, so these were the customer service skills she exhibited in front of the newemployee. The new guy was actually nice to me and felt sorry and apologized a couple of times. Read more

Expensive. They charge you for every little thing. My total came up to nearly $20 for a small salad and drink. You would save... money making your own salads, but my coworkers wanted us to go there, so I tried it for social purposes. Read more
